Printer Parts Quality Control: Feed-Life, Fuser & Electrical Tests

Hardness, feed-life, fuser temperature and electrical checks that protect your brand and your customers' printers.

Dimensional & Material Checks

Every batch is measured against the drawing: critical dimensions, rubber hardness (Shore A) and silicone durometer, plus material certificate verification. Out-of-tolerance parts are quarantined.

Feed-Life & Paper-Path Testing

Pickup and feed rollers are run on test benches for thousands of paper cycles to measure jam rate and grip decay — the best predictor of field paper-feed complaints.

Fuser Temperature & Electrical Safety

Fuser films, rollers and any electronic module are checked for temperature stability, continuity and insulation resistance. Toner chips are verified for correct ID and communication.

In-Line vs Third-Party Inspection

In-house QC covers 100% of outgoing items; optional SGS / TÜV pre-shipment inspection adds an independent layer buyers trust for EU compliance.

Building a QC Agreement

Define AQL levels, test frequency and a corrective-action loop in your PO. PrintParts Pro provides batch test reports and supports third-party inspection at the factory.
